Matthew, a true tech guru, has been in the Information Technology sector since he can remember! Matthew had held a Co-Op position as a Junior Network Administrator at Eurocopter Canada at the age of 13! His talent is genuine, and his skills are REAL!
Matthew spent 2 years in Brock University’s Computer Science program before transferring to Niagara College where he successfully completed the Computer Technicians Program. Matthew has been a successful IT business owner with Michael from 2003 to 2010 before accepting an IT position working for the Province of Ontario until 2017!
As the current owner of Titan Microsystems his experience and talent are demonstrated daily and are an essential instrument to the company’s success!
Michael is a results-driven business development specialist, project manager, and network wiring technician with over 20 years of experience in the IT and infrastructure sectors. Before transitioning into infrastructure wiring, he co-founded and successfully scaled a leading IT services company alongside Matthew, demonstrating his ability to drive business growth, optimize operations, and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
Michael studied at Brock University with a focus on Business Administration, Michael has been recognized for his leadership and industry impact, earning the prestigious 40 Under 40 Business Link Award. He has also played an active role in the business community, previously serving on the Fort Erie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Michael brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy, operational efficiency, process improvement, and client relationship management. His extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, structured cabling, and high-definition video surveillance solutions allows him to design and implement scalable, future-ready systems tailored to business needs.

Jaclyn brings over 20 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, and logistics coordination, with a strong ability to create structure, improve processes, and support high-performing teams. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and hands-on approach, she plays a key role in ensuring Titan Microsystems’ daily operations run efficiently and effectively.
As Office Manager, Jaclyn supports internal coordination, workflow management, and client service initiatives while helping strengthen communication and processes across the organization. Her passion for continuous improvement and commitment to creating positive experiences for both clients and team members make her an important part of Titan’s continued growth and success.
Mohammed is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing infrastructure across industries like telecommunications, automotive, petrochemical, healthcare, and data centers. Inspired by his early fascination with computers during the Windows 98 era, he developed a passion that led to a career in IT. With proven project management skills and technical expertise, Mohammed has successfully led numerous initiatives in system upgrades, security, disaster recovery, and more—bringing reliable, scalable solutions to every environment he supports.
Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, along with a postgraduate certificate in IoT System Architecture and Integration. He is also certified in PMP, ITIL, and MCSE, reflecting a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a results-driven approach to IT operations
Chris was introduced to computer programming in high school and continued his career by finishing Computer Systems Programming at Mohawk College. He has held numerous computer related jobs throughout the years. After much frustration he ended up owning his own successful IT business for over 15 years, servicing clients in the greater Hamilton area.
Chris’s attention to detail, business mind set, and customer service skills are some of his strongest skill sets. He is able to take a gadget, play around with it for some time and then explain to the average user on how to use that gadget using non-technical jargon.
In his spare time he enjoys reading self-improvement books and is learning on how to improve his own physical health, as well as practices meditation.
Hudson Langsford is a Junior Technician at Titan Microsystems, where he continues to build his knowledge and hands-on experience alongside our senior technical team. Hudson has quickly earned a reputation for his exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
An “old soul” at heart, Hudson is always willing to lend a hand and go the extra mile for both clients and teammates. Whether he’s assisting with help desk requests, supporting onsite IT projects, or working alongside our low-voltage division, Hudson approaches every task with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Hudson is passionate about continuous learning and looks forward to further developing his expertise in both Information Technology and Structured Cabling as he grows with the Titan team.
Crystal Holiko is a professional bookkeeper with over ten years experience in handling the finances of many small to medium businesses. Crystal has transitioned from school to the world of small business flawlessly.
From the smalltown of Campbellton New Brunswick, Crystal enjoys nature, camping, family and the occasional concert and festival. Crystal’s intuitive nature, attention to detail and finite approach to problem solving has been extremely valuable to the Titan family and we look forward to working with her for a very long time.
Brad graduated from Brock University with a degree in classical archaeology and found that though interesting, it was very difficult to find a stable career in the field. While studying at Brock, Brad’s fascination with technology which started when he was a child never waivered while he worked in their IT department but hadn’t considered it a career at the time.
After graduation Brad worked various sales and IT jobs and eventually his love and passion for computing and technology took over and he had decided that he wanted to deliver customer service in the IT world that would match what you would expect from a high end retail experience. Titan started with a few clients and found that the philosophy and experience of putting the customer’s needs first really took off and the rest is history!
